IQ Battery 5P by Enphase Energy

The IQ Battery 5P from Enphase Energy has a storage capacity of 5 kWh and a continuous AC output of 3.84 kW, making it a comparatively compact storage system for use in the residential storage system segment that is sufficient to meet the needs of many households. A particularly innovative aspect of the design is the use of six micro-inverters to supply the AC output. This means that high efficiency levels can be achieved even in households with typical load ranges of a few hundred Watts by switching off individual micro-inverters. Additionally, in the event of damage to one of the inverters, the residential storage system can continue to operate using the remaining inverters until repairs are carried out. The storage system can also undergo an entirely passive cooling process. The LFP batteries used come with a guarantee period of up to 15 years.
