For fast and accurate quality assurance of PV modules during the production process, the metering system from WAVELABS carries out the most important module certification tests to IEC 61215 and IEC 61730 standards in one device. At the core is the high-precision and ultra-uniform A+A+A+ irradiation measurement quality and temporal stability of an LED light field that is suitable for various module types with PERC, TOPCon and tandem cells as well as bifacial cells. The system can also carry out further tests such as insulation resistance, EL, microcrack detection, bypass diode test, etc. Compared to conventional solutions, the system reduces processing time as well as operational and maintenance costs.
