Amperfied offers an innovative Charging-as-a-Service model with Uptime+, combining charging infrastructure with a guaranteed availability of, for example, 97 %. This approach aligns the interests of providers and customers around a shared goal: maximizing charger uptime while ensuring more predictable investment costs. To ensure uptime, sensor data such as vibrations and temperature are captured in real time and transmitted to the cloud via OCPP and MQTT. In the event of anomalies, service processes are triggered automatically. The concept is also scalable and can be flexibly adapted to the expansion of charging infrastructure.
