FENECON was named as finalist of the The smarter E AWARD 2026 in the category "Smart Integrated Energy" for the application "Commercial 100".
The FENECON Commercial 100 from FENECON combines a hybrid inverter and an energy management system (FEMS) into an integrated C&I solution. Instead of static curtailment, FEMS enables dynamic control of energy flows and DC oversizing up to 200 % without additional inverters. The system supports multi-use applications such as self-consumption optimization and peak shaving, while coordinating PV, storage, EV charging infrastructure, and other assets. Based on OpenEMS, it offers high interoperability, open interfaces, and free software updates. With a low-maintenance design, production in Germany, and cybersecurity by design, the solution delivers low operating costs and is particularly suited for commercial, agricultural, and critical infrastructure applications.
