HeliomatiX is an innovative system for automating the construction of utility-scale PV plants. It integrates a mobile prefabrication unit (AssemblyHub), autonomous transport vehicles (Crawlers), and a robotic installation system (AMoS) into a seamless process. PV modules are efficiently preassembled, autonomously transported, and precisely installed. As a result, manual labor requirements are reduced by up to 85 %, significantly shortening construction times while substantially improving quality and worker safety. HeliomatiX enables weather-independent, scalable installations and sets new standards for efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
