HagerEnergy introduces the bidirectional DC wallbox edsn, a solution that integrates electric vehicles as energy storage units into building energy systems. With a charging and discharging capacity of 11 kW and a voltage range of 200 to 1,000 V, it is designed for both 400 V and 800 V vehicles and supports ISO 15118-2/-20. Integration is achieved via OCPP and Modbus, enabling applications such as PV self-consumption optimization, dynamic tariffs, vehicle-to-grid (V2G), and even backup power supply. This turns the electric vehicle into a key flexibility component within intelligent, decentralized energy systems.
