The MaxiCharger DC HiPower from Autel Europe is an advanced DC fast charging solution with a central power cabinet and remote dispensers. It is available in two variants with a maximum output of 480 kW and 640 kW respectively. By inserting additional 40 kW power modules, the output can be increased in steps. The power cabinet offers up to 8 outputs for DC dispensers. The version with a liquid-cooled charging cable has a maximum capacity of 480 kW per output and provides up to 400 km of range in 10 minutes. A patented matrix switching algorithm enables the intelligent and dynamic interconnection of the power modules, which improves power distribution and increases conversion efficiency to over 96%. The MaxiCharger DC HiPower also supports the integration of photovoltaic energy and EMS (energy management systems), and offers integrated load management for a reliable electricity supply. Installation is simple thanks to the compact design and preconfigured connectors. The system is easy to maintain thanks to its modular design and down-times are minimized by the integration of redundant components, which ensures high availability. Individual power modules can be replaced in just three minutes. All in all, the MaxiCharger DC HiPower from AUTEL EUROPE GMBH sets new standards in dynamics, efficiency, maintainability and operating costs for DC fast charging solutions.
