OPES Solar Mobility introduces the OSM 60/875 MPPT, a DC/DC converter that enables, for the first time, efficient integration of vehicle-mounted PV into high-voltage batteries (200–875 V). The solution is specifically designed for electrified commercial vehicles such as trucks, trailers, and buses. A single unit can process up to 1.5 kWp of PV power and can be scaled modularly. Technically, the converter stands out with features such as galvanic isolation, dynamic MPPT, passive cooling, and IP67 protection. Integrated into the vehicle control system via CAN, it enables PV-supported energy supply for auxiliary systems and contributes to more efficient and sustainable mobility.
